Mrs. Tijerina's 4th grade
I’d like to welcome you to my class. I’m looking forward to a fun, but busy year. Fourth grade is fun and full of possibilities to learn new things. Here’s a little bit of information about myself to help you better get to know me. This is my 25th year in teaching, 21 of which have been in fourth grade and in the district. I am married and have four children ranging in ages from 14 to 24.
Fourth grade is an important transitional year for students, both in academics and in responsibility. We will need to work closely to insure your child’s success. Although there have been many changes on our campus for this year, our main focus is still our students. I will do whatever I can to help them learn all that is necessary, and give them helpful tools to succeed not only in the 4th grade but in the future as well. As I said before, this year will be very challenging. To help you’re child receive the best education they can, I will need your support and help. You can reach me anytime and I am more than willing to answer any question you may throughout the year, and also let you know the success of your child.
Please feel free you contact me at anytime. I am here to help your child, but I can only do it with your support.Thank you and I’m looking forward to a GREAT and successful year, full of learning and fun.
